Navigating college can be overwhelming, but thankfully Baylor offers resources that are often just a click or short walk across campus away. Whether you need help writing a paper, need a flu shot or have questions regarding your financial aid – we’re here to point you in the right direction. 

  • Questions on Financial Aid? Check out Baylor’s One Stop Student Financial Services. Whether you’re exploring Baylor or you’re a seasoned Bear, this is your go-to resource for making your Baylor education fit your budget while setting you up for a successful financial future. 
  • Have a cough? Need a prescription filled? Check out Baylor’s Health Center and Pharmacy. Routine exams, medication refills, allergy injections and immunizations can be scheduled days or weeks in advance via the Health Portal.
  • Assigned a paper and not sure where to start? Visit the Center for Writing Excellence (CWE)The Center offers free personal consulting in all areas of writing and composing at any stage of the writing process. Whether you want a reader for a final draft, brainstorming ideas, or to discuss an entire assignment, the CWE can help.
  • Need learning accommodations? Visit the Office of Access and Learning Accommodation (OALA). OALA's mission is to cultivate a supportive and equitable environment at Baylor University that ensures that all aspects of campus life are accessible to all students with disabilities to promote a successful and positive experience in their academic and community life.
  • Want to get involved on campus and not sure where to start? Set up a meeting with a Student Involvement Specialist. The Student Involvement Specialists (SIS) are here to help you identify pathways to get involved based on your passions, interests, and calling. With 400+ student organizations and countless other ways to get involved, the Student Involvement Specialists are trained in helping you find the best involvement options out there for you.
  • Need to talk to a counselor? Connect with Baylor’s Counseling Center offers free confidential services from caring professionals, with options ranging from individual and group therapy to online appointments.
  • Looking to get plugged into a local faith community and not sure where to start? Check out Spiritual Life’s list of local churches. Our hope is that every student would find a local church to become actively involved in during their time at Baylor. The churches in our area can be places where your faith is dynamically transformed. You may not find a church exactly like one you grew up going to or that seems comfortable right away, but you may find that God has something new for you to learn about spiritual growth within the body of Christ.
